Terms and conditions for the “Bridge.audio” prize draw
Article 1: Contest organization
The SoundBirth company registered in the French Trade and Companies Register under the number 799070834, (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), organizes a contest (hereinafter referred to as “the CONTEST”) within the framework of its policy of animation of its community of users.
Article 2: Purpose of the Contest
The Contest, which is free of charge and without obligation to purchase, consists of filling out an online registration form hosted at the following address: https://inbox.bridge.audio/soundbirth accessible from the explanatory page: https://soundbirth.substack.com/p/try-to-win-a-1000-challenge-now
In the context of the Contest, a draw will be held to select two winners from among the participants (hereinafter “the Participants”).
Participation in the Contest implies the participants’ unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety (hereinafter “the Terms and Conditions”).
Article 3: Date and duration of the Contest
The Contest runs for 16 days (SIXTEEN days) from Saturday, February 11, 2023 to Sunday, February 26, 2023 at midnight – Paris time.
Article 4: Conditions of participation and validity of the participation
4-1. Conditions of participation
The Contest is open to all individuals who wish to participate.
Minors are allowed to participate in this contest, provided that they have previously obtained express authorization from their parents or the person exercising parental authority to do so. The fact that they participate implies that they have obtained this authorization.
Any false statement, or failure to respond to the Organizing Company’s request for proof, will automatically result in the cancellation of the minor’s participation in the Contest.
Individuals who have collaborated in the organization of the Contest as well as members of their respective direct families, employees of the Organizer or subcontractors of the Organizer and its affiliated companies are not authorized to participate in the Contest.
A participant’s registration must include the following information:
– First name
– Last name
– Activity
– Email address
This information is communicated when submitting an audio file via the INBOX ‘SoundBirth’ on the page: https://inbox.bridge.audio/soundbirth
Once the participant has completed the “INBOX” form, he/she must confirm his/her participation by creating an account on the Bridge.audio service.
Once this first step is validated, the participant will have the opportunity to maximize his chances of winning.
An email will be sent to the participant to confirm his/her participation.
Each participant will have the opportunity to double his/her chances of winning by sending by email to the Organizer at the following address soundbirth@bridge.audio the url of a “Bridge.audio project” (according to the definition available at this address: https://bridgeaudio.notion.site/Projects-51de9d3694f14cb9be07f6f52963af8e)
4-2. Participation eligibility
Only one entry per individual is accepted during the entire duration of the Contest.
Any participation in the Contest will be considered invalid in case of inaccuracy of identity, email address, making the participation null and void.
The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the draw any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, in particular if the email address provided is an alias or a duplicate of an email address already provided. The Organizer also reserves the right to make any verifications it deems useful concerning the winner and to request, in order to award the prize, the presentation of proof of identity (identity card or passport, mailing address, email address and/or telephone number). In this context, each participant must provide the Organizing Company with valid documents proving his/her identity (identity card or passport and, if applicable, driver’s license).
In addition, a matching of the lines in the participants’ file will be carried out before the draw to isolate the repetition of the ‘First Name Last Name’ couples and to exclude any participant who has tried to create fake accounts (except for a well-known homonym).
Article 5: Winners’ designation
First prize:
The draw will be carried out on the Organizer’s premises, in a totally random manner, by computer system, from among the valid entries received under the conditions described on the Contest terms. The draw will take place no later than 15 days after the end of the Contest.
Second prize:
The Creaminal team will select the track that they feel has the most potential for synchronization. It is understood that these artistic criteria remain subjective and that the participants accept that this choice is not debated and argued. The creator of the track will be contacted to confirm his/her selection.
Article 6 : Designation of the prizes
– First prize :
500€ in vouchers to be used on the Reverb.com website
– Second prize :
500€ in vouchers to be used on the Reverb.com website
If circumstances so require, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
Article 7: Information and Publication of the name of the winner(s)
The names of the winners will be announced at the time of the draw by the Organizer who will not be able to influence the draw in any way as the online software will select the winner randomly.
Article 8: Delivery of the prizes and place of withdrawal
Winners will take possession of their prize at the time of the draw by the Organizer, at the end of the draw.
The winners will be informed by the Organizer by means of an e-mail. The relevant prizes will also be sent by e-mail.
If the e-mail address is incorrect or does not correspond to that of the winner(s), or if for any other reason related to technical problems that do not allow the information e-mail to be sent correctly, the Organizer cannot be held responsible in any way.
The unreachable winner will not be entitled to any prize, compensation or indemnity of any kind.
The prize awarded is personal and non-transferable.
Furthermore, the prize may not be contested in any way by the winner, nor may it be exchanged or given in exchange for any other consideration of any kind whatsoever.
Article 9 : Promotional Activities
Any participant in the Contest who completes, signs and submits to the Organizer the Consent Form provided authorizes the Organizer to use his or her personal information for promotional purposes in any media of the Organizer’s choice, without this communication giving rise to any right to compensation or indemnification, in accordance with the provisions of the Consent Form.
Article 10: Protection of personal data and image rights
The personal data collected in the context of participation in the Contest are recorded and used by the Organizer for the purposes of participation and the awarding of prizes.
In accordance with the “Data Protection Act” of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), Participants may withdraw their consent at any time and have the right to access, rectify, modify or delete their personal data. Any request should be sent by mail to the Organizer’s address: Bridge.audio, Service communication, 92, Boulevard de Sébastopol, 75003, Paris, France.
Article 11 : Responsibility of the Organizer
Participants acknowledge and agree that the sole obligation of the Organizer in connection with the Contest is to submit the collected registration forms to the draw, provided that their participation complies with the terms and conditions of the Rules, and to award the prize(s) to the winner(s), according to the criteria and procedures defined in these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for, but not limited to, any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind.
Article 12: Dispute of the Contest
Any dispute or claim relating to the Contest and/or the draw must be made by simple email addressed to the Organizer at the following address: soundbirth@bridge.audio
This letter must indicate the precise date of participation in the Contest, the player’s full contact details and the exact reason for the dispute. No contest will be taken into account eight (8) days after the end of the Contest.
No other method of dispute or claim will be entertained.
No requests or claims regarding the application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be accepted.
Article 13: Force majeure
The Organizer shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or an event beyond its control, the Contest is modified, shortened or cancelled.
The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems useful, relating to compliance with the Terms and Conditions, in particular to disqualify any participant who has made an inaccurate or misleading statement or has committed fraud.
Article 14: Applicable law and legal jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Terms and Conditions shall be settled exclusively by the competent civil court in Marseilles.
